We solved our own problem
Like many teams, we struggled with SharePoint—and all the other clunky, scattered systems out there. We just wanted one place. Something simple. A central hub for all our SOPs and policies, where staff and contractors could find what they needed without needing a Microsoft login.
We wanted full control over permissions and users, with audit logs so we’d know the information was current—and who had actually seen it.
So, we built Adepty.
We use it ourselves—like with Aroha Kaikorai Valley, where our volunteers log in for clear, step-by-step instructions on things like trap setup. If they get stuck, the app has all our team’s contact details, and volunteers can even log their hours right there on the spot.
